One thing that I have struggled with in the past is dressing for holiday parties. In the midwest, it can be especially difficult to outfit plan. If you are trying to figure out what to wear more than a week in advance, it is hard to know if you should dress for 40-degree weather or 2-degree weather. Mother Nature is pretty finicky this time of year and might give us either temp – or both within a few days of each other. So, I thought that I would share some holiday party outfit inspo – making sure to include options for each temperature range!

I hope one of these looks has inspired your outfit for the next holiday gathering that you have to attend! Sometimes places like Pinterest or Instagram can be helpful for inspiration as well, but many times I wind up frustrated when searching on those platforms. Many of the outfits that pull back just are not realistic here in Wisconsin. I hope that it is obvious, but I will always do my best to depict things that make sense in real life.
